The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with a balcony, a big shower, and a comfortable bed. The staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and close to metro stations.

We felt at home during our stay and had no complaints.

My stay was fantastic here. The fact that Rathaus tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

Great location, close to the city center and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our visit.

The parking situation was misleading as there were no available spaces. We had to find alternative underground parking nearby.

Btw, the airport was 16 miles away.

Great value for money, spacious and comfortable suite with a small kitchen and lovely bathroom. The hotel has a perfect location near Old Town and Museum Quarter, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were cute and the atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and safe. We enjoyed being able to open the windows at night and breathe in the fresh air.

Menu for breakfast could have been more diverse.

Everything here was fine, and the weather was sunny, loved it. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

This place was clean and had very good location and staff. I loved the room with separate kitchenette, my bed was very comfy. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was nice for dinner.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for our backpacking trip. The location was perfect as it was close to so many subway stations and attractions. We were only one block from the tram number 2 station which provided convenient transportation to all of the main highlights in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities including a fridge and kettle. The staff was extremely accommodating and always willing to help. The courtyard was beautiful and provided a great spot for breakfast or drinks.

It was reasonably priced. The location was fab, within easy walking distance of Viennese coffeehouses. The restaurant was pleasant, I ordered warm dishes.

I recently stayed at Hotel Josefshof Am Rathaus for a few nights and I was thoroughly impressed. The double rooms were clean and spacious, unlike any other hotel rooms I've seen in Europe. The friendly receptionist ensured a smooth check-in process, and the value for money was excellent. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk to Stephansplatz, the main square. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Vienna. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was always tidy. The shower and washing facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the Austrian artwork by Klimt displayed throughout the hotel.
